Shipping & Delivery
You are welcome to pick up orders in Hilltown, PA or at a show. Simply select pickup under shipping options. We ship orders anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. The shipping we charge is what that carrier charges us. We recognize that this makes our shipping charges higher than other's, but we trust it is offset by the ubiquitous low prices of our products. We prefer not to role shipping costs into the prices of our products as that effects all customers regardless of their shipping needs.
Orders containing frogs and/or geckos must ship FedEx Priority Overnight. Other items should be ordered separately from frogs unless they can all fit inside a 6x6x2 inch space.
Orders containing other live items can ship any USPS/UPS/FedEx service that will arrive the next day to your location from 18951. Feel free to use the lowest rate service meeting these requirements. You can determine the required UPS method here. We will send you an invoice for additional shipping charges if needed to meet these requirements.
Frogs/geckos ship Mon-Wed when the temperatures between 19440 and the destination are forecasted between 40F and 89F for the shipping duration. We do not ship tadpoles. Insects ship Mon-Thurs when the temperatures between 19440 and the destination are forecasted between 34F and 79F for the shipping duration. You can check the forecasted temps here. By law, insects other than fruit flies can only be shipped within PA. Fruit flies can ship anywhere in the USA.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee your full satisfaction with all orders as well as healthy arrival of frogs, geckos and insects. Please contact us by email to request a return. In the event products arrive damaged or unhealthy, please photo-document the problem immediately upon receipt and notify us by email. Photo documentation of frogs/geckos that arrive unhealthy or deceased must be supplied within 2 hrs of delivery confirmation. We will gladly send you either a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Replacement shipping is free up until the original order total. Because of the sensitivity of dart frogs to their environment, we cannot provide a blanket guarantee on their long term health. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have any issues proximal to receipt. We take pride in our business ethics and in your satisfaction, and will stand behind our animals if there is no reason to suspect issues outside of our control.
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. Simply select the “continue” link under “Don’t have a PayPay account?”. For pick up orders, we accept cash or credit card in person, or you can pay online in advance if you prefer. Simply check your preference during checkout.
